Why consider website usability?

Why look at whether your customers are having trouble using your website?
In other words, what is the return on investment of following this process to design and update your website?
It’s simple.
Let’s stipulate that you have something that meets a need in the world, something people want – a desirable product or service. And that it’s really good – high quality and excellent value for money.
Then the best way to make sure that as many people as possible can access it, is to make it easy for them to find.
And what’s easy for them to find might be very different from the way you think about it.
It’s simple, easy to find product or service, easy to use website = happy customer.
Happy customers = more positive word of mouth. Increased chances of repeat business, increased business and – happy you.
And not just because you made money through your business, because you got your message to more people, changed more people’s lives, served more people.
