Why human-centred design?
To avoid this scenario:
You’re interacting with something and:
- It doesn’t do what you need
- Does things in a way that confuses or frustrates you
- Hasn’t done what you expected it to do, or thought it had done

For example:
- A website that directs you round in circles looking for information
- Not getting (or successfully cancelling) your online grocery delivery because you didn’t realise you had to click ‘save’.
- Pulling a door to open it when you should push it, simply because there’s a handle.
This not only frustrates the people using the product or service, but also costs organisations money for support and a hit to their reputation.
I can help you to avoid this.
