How well do you understand your customers?

How well do you make products and services?

Many of the professionals I work with don’t realise that they think about their products and services differently to their customers.

When someone visits your website it is because they are looking for something – an answer to a question, a solution to a problem – something that you may be able to provide. They are thinking about this in their own way – and not in the expert way that you are.

Your website is often the first contact people have with your business. Effectively it’s a shop-front. It is also your most important sales assistant and business representative. If it is not written using terms that your customers use, you risk them going somewhere else.

Luckily there are some very straightforward ways to find out how you are doing.

Do you think it’s time your website had a performance review? Would you like to work with me on it? Please – get in touch to see what we can create together.
